5 STEPS TOWARD YOUR DREAM HOME

 

  • Book a two-hour consultation where we walk through your home together, discussing goals, lifestyle, functional needs, aesthetic preferences, budget, and timeline.

    This session gives us deep insight into your space and vision. Afterward, we prepare a tailored proposal and provide a Welcome Package to guide you through the next steps.

  • We begin developing concepts and early designs, exploring a range of layouts and styles, and introducing innovative ideas. You’ll receive mood boards, sketches, and drawings that capture potential directions.

    We meet to review, refine, and confirm — reaching our first milestone together.

  • We transform concepts into detailed renderings, technical drawings, and sourcing selections. Materials, fixtures, and furnishings are curated into one cohesive vision.

    At the same time, we prepare documentation for contractors and trades, confirm feasibility, and align budget and timeline. This ensures the project is realistic, well-documented, and ready for implementation.

  • This is where the design comes to life. With your approval, contractors begin execution, while we monitor progress closely.

    We coordinate with suppliers, manage orders and deliveries, and provide weekly updates, site visits, and meetings as needed. Our refined checklist keeps the project on track and reduces costly mistakes, ensuring the design intent is carried through to completion.

  • In the final stage, we add finishing touches that elevate your home. Furniture, textiles, and curated decor are layered with care, creating depth and character. We even consider sensory details such as scent and music to complete the atmosphere.

In this 2-hour session, we’ll walk through your space together, discuss your goals, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, budget, and timeline. Along the way, I’ll share tailored design ideas and practical recommendations in real time to give you clarity and inspiration.

After the consultation, I prepare a Personal Proposal based on what we discovered. This proposal outlines the best way forward for your project—whether a comprehensive design journey or a more focused scope.

Some clients find this session alone provides valuable clarity, while others use it as the first step in a long-term collaboration. The choice is yours—our role is to provide expertise and inspiration to guide your next step.
